How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email titled. You can then track your order through the tracking link provided in the email. If you have not received an email yet, do not worry! Your order typically takes 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Please check that the email address you used to place your order is correct - this is the most common reason for not receiving your order confirmation. It is also possible that your email provider has a spam filter that blocks certain emails, so be sure to check that folder as well. If your transaction is successful and funds are deducted from your account, you can contact us to verify and confirm that your order was successful in the system.

 

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to anywhere in the world. Please note that, due to current circumstances, delivery times for some countries may be longer than expected. If you need further clarification, please contact us.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods, although they may vary for certain markets. At checkout, you will be able to see the available payment methods for your market (e.g., credit card (MasterCard, Visa), Klarna, Swish).

 

Is my payment information safe?

Your transaction and payment details are handled by our secure payment service provider, which upholds strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any other parties besides your bank (not even TecQuali).
